Ideal dyeing

The fabric will not be transferred by the force of jet dyeing liquid, but be transferred by the flow of dyeing liquid and two reels and thus itis protected from receiving tension, tangling and creasing.

Up grading of products

Dyeing can be done without receiving trnsion at all. Thereforce the construction of the fabric is quire stable and thus shrinkage rate is nearly none in case of natural fabrics particularily. Using special material at the machine interior, the fabric will move smoothly and, there is no occurrence of pilling on working due to very little friction of fabric which is moving by reel (not jet nozzle) The fabrics will have less crease. The fabrics move by two reels and return pipe and it be blowen by even suction of dyeing liquid inside the machine so that there may be no crease and torsion at all.

Multi-usability

This machine is suitable to dye various knitted fabrics such as cotton, wool, nylon, acryl, rayon fabrics and mixed spining fabrics. Even the delicare and scnsitive fabric as silk, lingerie and spandex can be well done at this machine. The weight corresponding to 80-2000g/M of the fabric is suited for dyeing.

Excellent dyeing capability by dyes of VAT

Because general dyeing machine is casy to have air leakage into dyeing machine. VAT dyeing which is good in fastness is difficult to be done at it. However Ring Soft Flow dyeing machine is good at VAT dyeing because of the small air leakage.

Low liquor ratio will save cost of water, steam dyes & chemical agents, in addition to electric power charge.

40% area for conventional winch and 60% area for vertical winch is enough for the installation of Ring Soft Flow dyerng machine.
